As a project manager she has worked with multi-disciplinary teams on policy development and implementation for land use, growth management, transportation, natural resources, and development projects. His experience with public and private clients throughout Oregon includes the Oregon Department of Transportation, Department of Land Conservation and Development, Beaverton, Hillsboro and Gresham School Districts, Nike, Birtcher Properties, Washington, Umatilla and Morrow Counties, Tri-Met, the cities of Beaverton, Tualatin, and Hillsboro and Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue.Ĭathy has over twenty years of experience in growth management, land use, transportation, and environmental planning in the public and private sectors. With over 35 years of planning experience, coupled with his in-depth knowledge of the public review process, he provides solid technical and practical management for a wide variety of projects.
